Sauk Market tomorrow (Thurs Oct 28) around noon

I will be making deliveries to Sauk tomoro around noon.  I will bring any pre-orders to Ancient Healing (in the Eagle Plaza).

Fresh or Frozen chickens: $2.50/lb (if you order chickens it would be best if you could meet me at noon at Eagle Plaza for pick-up)

Fresh Eggs $2.50/dozen

Chickens: whole and cut $2.50/lb.  They were butchered last week so they are frozen but are GREAT! We will continue to butcher the next few weeks. (will not be cutting anymore so first come first serve for the cut chickens)  Sizes range from 4.5-around 7lbs.  Place your orders today.  Keep in mind once we are done with chickens (in about 4wks) we will not have fresh chickens again until July 2011.  We will always have some in the freezer for purchase but not a lot of freezer space, so if you have the space large orders will get you thru the winter/spring months!!

If you find some time for canning and freezing we have enough product for large orders of:  Winter Acorn Squash, Spaghetti Squash (this week only for squash) - Carrots, regular and SWEET POTATOES. We just found out that you can shred and freeze regular potatoes for "hashbrowns".  I picked a 5gallon bucket full of green beans if anyone wants them for canning this week! Just let me know.

Open Market at Farm on Wednesday 3pm-6pm.  I will not be around the farm on Saturday but if anyone wants to stop by just let me know and we will make sure someone is around!!!

I will be making deliveries to Sauk on THURSDAY this week. Ancient Healing (in the Eagle Plaza) has offered to be a drop off/pick up site (thank you Betty). Please have your orders to me by 8pm on Wednesdays.

If our market times do not work for you just contact me and we will make something work.  There is usually someone around the farm but if not the produce is in the garage so I can talk you thru your order, just give me a call!

I will be in Sauk 2moro at the Eagle Plaza from 11am-12:30pm.  Pre-orders for sauk would be greatly appreciated, but I will be setting up my table for a bit.

Also we are butchering small chickens (3-4.5lbs).  We are planning on cutting and vacuum sealing this batch, but I am happy to sell whole ones too, just let me know which you are interested in.  The chickens are $2.50/lb plus an additional dollar added to the total of the cut chickens.
